Processing Time
Our current processing time for Ready-To-Ship items is 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This does not apply to pre-order items—please check each individual listing for specific pre-order processing and shipping information.

Pre-Order Items
Processing and shipping times for pre-order items vary depending on the product. Please review the individual listing carefully for the estimated timeline. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Shipping & Delivery
After your order is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Standard USPS First Class Shipping does not include package insurance or protection. If you want coverage, please select an upgraded shipping option at checkout.

Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
